"Update- 4/15 - I WAS ASSIGNED TO YOUR AGENCY after my agent, Craig Savant in Coral Springs, permanently closed. I went in this morning to print proof that I was assigned to your agency (planned to post it here) and my account that I have been accessing online for 7 years is mysteriously locked and does not recognize me??? I feel sorry for you sir that you are so afraid of the trutth. I am happy that I had a bad experience with your agency because an agent that would gaslight me by saying I was 'confused' and lock my account to keep me from posting truthful inflormation showing I was assigned to you, is not someone that I would ever want involved in my financial affairs. I would not recommend you to insure anyrhing or anyone that I am affiliated with. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Horrible customer service, if I could give zero stars I would. As a black woman I felt unwelcomed- because of my skin color. My SF agent closed his office and my life insurance policy was transferred to this office. Went in during office hours for a quote. When I walked in, the receptionist seemed to block me from entering the reception area with her body. I asked her about a car insurance quote. She walked me to the reception desk and took my info and saw that I was a long term customer. Then she asked if I had the info of the car that I wanted to insure. Why would I not have the vehicle information??? I DROVE to the office and parked in front of the door (in the designated agency parking spots marked with a sign) and had my car keys in hand. No thank you for being a 30 year customer, no please sit down, no how are you today. I felt very disrespected and unwelcome. I wouldn't get any insurance from this agency if they gave it to me free of charge. You would have thought the management would have called just to find out why I left the office dissatisfied. Not a peep since I was there last week."
