"I want to share the most disgusting experience I ever experience as a 20 years customer of state farm insurance company. My son recently received his driver's license and needed to be added to my policy that was $97. With my son added it would move my policy to $297 but with some requested documents I would received some discount taking the policy to around $185. All requests documents was submitted. Fast forward to toady I notice that the money taken out of my account was way more than what my policy should be. I call to figure out what was going on I was told that the agent was on the phone and would call me when she got off. Waiting no called so I decided to drive over to the office was told that the agent who was supposed to return my call when to lunch. The young lady that was at the front desk stated that she would help. She was giving me information that was already discussed weeks ago no help. I requested to speak to someone else. So I'm sitting waiting I heard them talking about me like I'm not around this including the owner. I sit there for about 5 minutes. Then Christopher Melly came in the office I was so upset .I had to let him know I don't appreciate your staff talking about me like I'm not here because I'm requesting information on what going on with my policy. I walked out of that office as a 20 years customer thinking about taking my business elsewhere. Where I will be appreciated."
